We strongly recommend carrying Thai Baht in cash, as many island tours, local markets, street food vendors, spas, and smaller establishments across Krabi, Phuket, and Bangkok operate on a cash basis. International cards are accepted at hotels, malls, and larger restaurants. A forex card loaded with THB is also a smart and safe option for convenience.
No, travel insurance is not included in the package. It is recommended that travelers arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
The ideal time to visit is October to April, when the Andaman Sea is calm, skies are clear, and all island tours are fully operational. December to February is peak season — stunning weather but slightly higher prices. May to October is the green/monsoon season — island tours may occasionally be affected by rough seas, though Bangkok remains largely unaffected. For the best all-round experience across all three destinations, we recommend travelling October to May.
This package uses a mix of both:
- Private Transfer – Your own dedicated vehicle, used for all airport transfers and the Krabi-to-Phuket journey. More comfortable, flexible, and personalised — ideal for couples and honeymooners.
- SIC (Seat in Coach) – Shared vehicle or boat with other travellers. Used for island tours (4 Island, Phi Phi) and the Jungle Tour & Safari World. This is the standard mode for group-based tours in Thailand and is a cost-effective, well-organised experience.
For the Emerald Pool and Hot Springs, carry a swimsuit and a change of clothes. For the Tiger Cave Temple, comfortable sports shoes are a must — you'll be climbing 1,237 steps! Light, breathable clothing is recommended for the jungle heat. Carry sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle. The climb is physically demanding but the views from the top are absolutely worth it!
During the peak season (November to April), both tours operate daily with excellent sea conditions. During May to October, tours may be suspended on certain days due to rough seas and the monsoon. Tour operators make weather-based decisions daily for passenger safety.
Safari World is a massive wildlife and entertainment complex divided into two main sections:
- Safari Park – An open-air drive-through zone where you can see lions, giraffes, zebras, ostriches, bears, and more roaming freely.
- Marine Park – A series of live entertainment shows featuring dolphins, sea lions, orangutans, and birds of prey.
- Indian Lunch is included in this package — a great comfort for Indian travellers!
Safari World is closed on Mondays, so this has been scheduled accordingly in the itinerary.
