Fly south to Da Nang for a day that packs in the dramatic Marble Mountains, a basket boat adventure through the Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle, and an unforgettable evening in the lantern-lit magic of Hoi An Ancient Town — releasing flower lanterns on the Hoai River as the town glows all around you. Your final full day whisks you 1,487 metres above sea level to the extraordinary Ba Na Hills — home to the globally iconic Golden Bridge, a world-record cable car, a French-inspired hilltop village, and the vast Fantasy Park entertainment complex.

Yes, Indian passport holders require a Vietnam e-Visa to enter Vietnam. The good news is that the process is entirely online and straightforward — you apply through the official Vietnam Immigration portal, upload your documents, pay the fee (approximately USD 25), and receive your e-Visa by email within 3-7 business days. We provide complete end-to-end e-Visa guidance and assistance to make the process hassle-free for you.
Vietnam uses the Vietnamese Dong (VND). We strongly recommend carrying USD in cash and convert it into Vietnamese Dong, as many local markets, street food stalls, boat operators, and smaller vendors are cash-preferred. International debit and credit cards are accepted at hotels, larger restaurants, and major tourist attractions. ATMs are widely available in Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Phu Quoc. A forex card loaded with USD is also a convenient option — USD is widely accepted at many tourist venues and can be exchanged locally for VND at excellent rates.
The Halong Bay overnight cruise is without question one of the most extraordinary travel experiences in all of Southeast Asia. Waking up on a wooden junk boat surrounded by thousands of dramatic limestone karsts rising from emerald water is a genuinely life-changing sight. Cruises range from budget to ultra-luxury. We recommend a mid-range to premium cruise for the best balance of comfort, food quality, and on-board experience. Premium cruises include private cabins with ocean-view windows, superior dining, sunrise Tai Chi, kayaking, cooking classes, and cave explorations. Please confirm your cruise preference while booking and we’ll match it to your budget.
Hoi An Ancient Town is one of the most romantic and beautifully preserved historic towns in all of Asia — and one of the absolute highlights of this itinerary. The town’s UNESCO-listed Old Quarter is a magical maze of colourful lantern-strung streets, centuries-old merchant houses, ancient pagodas, and a vibrant riverside market. At night, the town transforms into a dreamlike spectacle of glowing silk lanterns reflected on the Hoai River. Releasing a flower lantern on the river together is one of the most romantic things a couple can do in Vietnam. Hoi An is made for honeymooners — without question.
The Golden Bridge (Cau Vang) at Ba Na Hills is one of Vietnam’s most iconic and globally recognised landmarks — a stunning pedestrian bridge suspended 1,400 metres above sea level in the Truong Son mountains, dramatically held aloft by two enormous stone hands emerging from the misty hillside. The effect is breathtaking — especially when low clouds roll across the bridge, creating an ethereal, otherworldly atmosphere. It has become one of the most photographed spots in all of Southeast Asia and is an absolute must-see on any Vietnam itinerary.
Pick up a local prepaid SIM card at any Vietnam International Airport upon arrival from providers like Viettel, Mobifone, or Vietnamobile. Plans are very affordable and offer excellent data coverage across Hanoi, Halong Bay, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Phu Quoc. eSIM options are also available for compatible smartphones — convenient as you can activate before departure. WiFi is available at all hotels and most restaurants and cafes throughout the itinerary.
Vietnam is one of Southeast Asia’s most deeply romantic destinations — and this 7-day itinerary captures its most beautiful highlights for couples. From waking up on a Halong Bay cruise surrounded by limestone karsts at sunrise, to releasing flower lanterns together on the Hoai River in lantern-lit Hoi An, walking hand-in-hand across the Golden Bridge above the clouds at Ba Na Hills, and exploring the electric energy of Saigon together — every destination on this trip has a naturally romantic and cinematic quality. We can arrange honeymoon add-ons on request including floral room decorations, welcome cakes, couples spa sessions, private sunset boat rides, and candlelight dinners. Just mention it while booking!
